to contact Aegis’s technical staff.

2: Calling the Aegis Help Desk.
3: Aegis Chat.
Clients, when contacting Aegis please be ready with a complete
description of the issue you are having, include as much information
as you possibly can. Also it is very important to report issues as
soon as possible, as all issues are easier to diagnose in a real time
environment.
Non-Contract Clients: You are most welcome to use any of our services;
